Dill Pickle Dip
Hi Chefs, Myka here 👋
Summertime means barbecues, snacking with friends, and lazy evenings on the sofa (probably with a bag of chips in hand). And next time you’re reaching for a dip, whip up this Dill Pickle Dip recipe instead. It’s cool and crunchy, with the tangy acidity of, yes, pickles.
To make this Dill Pickle Dip, you’ll add softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Next, strain a jar of dill pickles (reserving the liquid), and chop the dill pickles into small pieces, adding them to the mixing bowl.
After that, chop some fresh dill, and add that to the bowl, along with some of the reserved pickle juice. Finish it off with garlic powder and a good mix, and your dip is ready to enjoy.
Happy cooking!
