Salsa Macha Buffalo Sauce

Hi Chefs, Myka here 👋

So you’ve made our knock-your-socks-off salsa macha, now what? Sure, it goes great on just about everything, but we have another suggestion: you can use it as a starting point for this rich and flavorful Salsa Macha Buffalo Sauce. Using a slotted spoon, scoop some salsa macha into a saucepan, and add butter, water, white vinegar, and some hot sauce. Then, add salt and some seasonings (like garlic powder and cayenne pepper).

Then, you’ll bring this pan to a simmer over medium heat while stirring. When the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from the heat, and let it cool for 10 minutes. Next, simply transfer to a blender or food processor, and process until it’s smooth.

Happy cooking!
